Welcome to The Main Event!
We’re bringing the fight to prevent new HIV infections to the stage with the first annual Mister & Miss RipplePHX Pageant, The Main Event!
Join us, ringside, for an afternoon jam-packed with unexpected surprises at The Duce on Saturday, November 3rd where Phoenix’s most passionate, vocal, and talented Drag Kings & Queens will compete from inside the boxing ring for the first-ever Mister & Miss RipplePHX Pride title!
The newly-crowned Mister & Miss RipplePHX will be vocal and visible with the RipplePHX Team in 2019 as we engage our diverse Phoenix LGBTQ+ community to give HIV a knockout punch.
And, as an official Phoenix Pride Preliminary Pageant, title holders will go on to compete to in 2019’s Mister & Miss Phoenix Pride Pageant to bring scholarship opportunities to our amazing LGBTQ+ youth – especially those living-with or at-risk for contracting HIV.

The winner of the Mister & Miss RipplePHX Pride will not only be vocal and visible about preventing the spread of HIV in our community, but they will also work to mentor, encourage, and assist Valley-area youth who are living-with or at-risk for HIV to identify and apply for scholarship and workforce development opportunities – including the Phoenix Pride Scholarship Fund.
Ready to Compete?
We’re looking to empower and support a Mister and Miss RipplePHX Pride duo who are just as eager as we are to build a community-centric platform to stop new HIV transmissions in our community in 2019. We’ll also work together to fundraise and support the Phoenix Pride Scholarship Fund, while mentoring, encouraging, and assisting youth in our community to apply for the scholarships who are living-with or at-risk for contracting HIV.
A single voice from a stage can make an incredible impact, and this stage is yours to set.
